In 1984, the company’s predecessor was the Rubber Test Chamber of the Mechanical Enterprise Department, Zhuzhou Electric locomotive Research Institute's.
In 1989, the system was changed to be the Rubber-Tech Development Department, calculating independently, assuming responsibility for its own profits and losses.
In May, 1994, the system was changed to be Zhuzhou Times Rubber& Plastic Company, Duty-Limited.
In May, 1998, the system was changed to be Zhuzhou Times Rubber& Plastic Co., Ltd.
In November, 2001, the company changed the name as the Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
In December, 2002, the company officially distributed 35 million A-stock in Shanghai Stock Market.
In November, 2003, the new Industry Garden was completed.
